When you request a quote, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your postcode
• your household size
• the package you are interested in

If you build a custom package or choose a storage branch on the map before sending the form, we also receive a short summary of that package and the branch you picked.

If you only ask us to notify you at launch, we collect just your email address.

We use your quote details to respond with a quote and to tell you when we open near you.

If you sign up for launch notifications, we use your email address only to tell you when we launch. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in our email or by contacting us.

• Steps prior to entering a contract at your request: preparing and sending the quote you asked for.
• Legitimate interests: telling you when Evermore Stores opens near you, which we think you would reasonably expect after asking for a quote. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• Consent: launch-notification emails. You can withdraw consent by unsubscribing at any time.

Form submissions are stored in a database provided by Lovable Cloud, the hosting and database service this website is built on. Visitors to the website can send the form but cannot read anything stored in it. Only we can access submissions.

• When you search the map by postcode, that postcode is sent to postcodes.io to find its location. It is not saved with your quote unless you also type it into the form.
• If you press "Use my location", your browser shares your location with the page so it can show nearby branches. It is not sent to us or stored.
• Map images load from OpenStreetMap and fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive your IP address when your browser requests them.

We keep your details for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
• have your data deleted (erasure)
• restrict how we use your data
• object to how we use your data
• receive your data in a portable format (portability)
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
